Welcome to flourishideas.life (“the Site”), operated by Flourish Ideas (ABN 40 270 663 594) (“we,” “us,” “our”), based in Queensland, Australia. By purchasing or using Flourish Stash, you agree to the terms below.
1. What Flourish Stash Is
Flourish Stash is a digital collection of educational activities for young people aged 10–14, delivered via a private Google Classroom. Two access options are currently available:
- 6 Months, Self-Paced — $69: access to all 65 activities, worked through independently.
- 6 Months, Self-Paced + Educator Guidance — $159: the same access, plus guidance from an educator.
Access begins once payment is confirmed and you’ve been added to the relevant Google Classroom, and runs for 6 months from that date.
2. Who This Is For
Flourish Stash is designed for young people aged approximately 10–14. A parent or guardian must make the purchase and manage the Google account used to access the Classroom on behalf of a child under 18.
3. Account Access
- Each purchase provides access for all children within one household/family. There’s no need for a separate purchase per child within the same family.
- You’re responsible for keeping login details for the associated Google account secure.
- We reserve the right to remove access for misuse, including sharing login access beyond your own household, or redistributing activity content.
4. Intellectual Property
All activities, materials, and content within Flourish Stash remain the intellectual property of Flourish Ideas. Your purchase grants a personal licence for use by children within your own household — it does not grant any right to copy, resell, redistribute, or publish the content elsewhere, including to other homeschool groups, co-ops, or online.
5. Payment
Payments are processed securely through Square. We do not directly collect or store your full card details — these are handled by Square in accordance with their own security standards and privacy practices.
6. Refunds
Once access to Flourish Stash has been granted, we do not offer refunds for change of mind. This reflects the nature of the product — full access to all 65 activities is available from day one.
This does not affect your rights under the Australian Consumer Law. If Flourish Stash is faulty, not as described, or fails to be delivered, you may be entitled to a remedy under the consumer guarantees that apply automatically and cannot be excluded by these terms. 7. Third-Party Services
Flourish Stash is delivered through Google Classroom, a service operated by Google. Your use of Google Classroom is also subject to Google’s own terms and privacy policies, which we don’t control. If Google Classroom becomes unavailable or changes its service in a way that affects delivery of Flourish Stash, we’ll do our best to notify affected families and find a reasonable solution, but we can’t guarantee Google’s platform availability.
8. Limitation of Liability
To the extent permitted by law, Flourish Ideas is not liable for any indirect or consequential loss arising from use of Flourish Stash. Nothing in these terms limits any right or remedy you have under the Australian Consumer Law that cannot lawfully be excluded.
9. Changes to These Terms
We may update these terms from time to time, for example if our pricing, refund approach, or delivery method changes. The version on this page at the time of your purchase applies to you; if we make a material change, we’ll aim to let existing families know.
10. Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of Queensland, Australia.
Privacy Policy
What We Collect
When you purchase Flourish Stash, we collect:
- Your name and email address (as the purchasing parent/guardian)
- The first names of the children in your household using Flourish Stash (so they can be added to the correct Google Classroom)
- Payment details — handled directly by Square, not stored by us
- Any correspondence you send us (e.g. support emails)
How We Use It
We use this information to:
- Set up and manage access to your child’s Google Classroom
- Communicate with you about your purchase, access, or support queries
- Meet our own record-keeping and legal obligations
We do not sell or rent your personal information to third parties.
Third Parties
Two third-party services are involved in delivering Flourish Stash:
- Square — processes your payment and holds your card details under its own privacy and security practices.
- Google (Google Classroom) — hosts the activities and manages your child’s access. Google’s own privacy policy applies to information handled within Google Classroom.
Children’s Information
Because Flourish Stash is designed for young people aged 10–14, we only collect the minimum information needed to grant classroom access (typically a first name). We do not knowingly collect additional personal information about children beyond what’s needed to deliver the product, and we don’t use children’s information for marketing.
Data Security
We take reasonable steps to protect the personal information we hold, including using reputable third-party platforms (Google, Square) for the parts of the process that involve sensitive data like payment details.
Access and Correction
You can ask us at any time to see what personal information we hold about you or your child, correct it, or ask us to delete it (noting that deleting certain information, like your name, may mean we can no longer provide access to Flourish Stash).
